If you want your own domain and would rather not maintain a website at all, DojoMesh designs and builds one for your academy on your domain and keeps it running: hosting, updates, mobile and search optimisation, member signup integration, login portal embed, schedule and contact forms. You approve the design; we handle everything after that. It is optional and can be added or dropped at any time.
How the 60-day free trial works
You choose a subdomain, create your admin login and start using the full product immediately. A card is collected at signup so your academy keeps running the day the trial ends, but nothing is billed for 60 days and you receive a reminder before the first charge. Cancel from your dashboard before then and you pay nothing. If you would rather not enter a card, book a free setup session instead and we will create the academy with you.
How it compares
The difference is not only the number. Per-student pricing means a good month for your academy is a more expensive month for your software; a flat price means growth is yours to keep.

Common questions
No. There is no setup fee, no onboarding fee and no charge for importing your existing members. If you are switching from another platform, we do the migration for free.
No. $50 a month covers unlimited students and unlimited staff logins. Forty students or four hundred, the bill is the same.
DojoMesh charges none. Your payment processor (Stripe, Square or PayPal) charges its usual card-processing rates, exactly as it does today. Cash, cheque, bank transfer and Interac e-Transfer are tracked with no fee at all.
The DojoMesh subscription is billed in US dollars. Your academy chooses its own currency for billing its members and for reporting: CAD, USD, AUD or NZD.
Yes. Academies in Canada, the United States, Australia and New Zealand use DojoMesh today, billing their members in CAD, USD, AUD or NZD. The DojoMesh subscription itself is the same $50 USD a month everywhere, with no extra tax or fees added on our side.
Recurring memberships are charged automatically to the member's card through your own Stripe or Square account, so the money goes straight to you. Square is available in Canada, the US and Australia; New Zealand academies use Stripe. Automatic bank direct debit is not built in yet. Bank transfers, cash and other offline payments are recorded against the member with no fee.
It is included at no extra cost. Members log in from any phone or computer to see their attendance and payments, update their card, manage family members and watch your technique video library. There is nothing to install and no per-member charge.
Yes, free. We move your member records, attendance history, and belts and stripes for you. If your members' cards are already saved in your own Stripe or Square account, we reconnect their memberships to those cards, so nobody has to re-enter card details.
Yes. One parent account manages the whole family's memberships and due dates, and a single payment covers everyone in the family.
Yes, at no extra charge, when your locations share one team and one payment account. If each location needs its own separate admin or its own payment account, talk to us and we will set it up the way you need.
Yes. Belt systems are fully customisable, so adult and kids ranks, stripes and tips can each have their own system. For every student DojoMesh tracks days since their last promotion and classes attended since that promotion, so you can see at a glance who is ready to grade.
Your subscription starts at $50 a month, billed to the card on file, and nothing else changes. You get a reminder before the first charge and you can cancel from your dashboard at any time.
Yes. If DojoMesh is not working for your academy within 90 days of your first payment, email Mark and every dollar you have paid is refunded in full. No questions asked. With the 60 free days in front of it, that is five months to be sure it fits.
Yes, whenever you like, from your own dashboard. There is no contract, no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Your data stays exportable after you cancel.
